FAQ

1. What is your return policy?

If you find your Sonnies gear doesn’t fit your adventure needs just ship it back to us within 90 days and we’ll provide a 100% refund. We want you to be 100% satisfied. It’s hard to play outside if your gear doesn’t fit perfectly, and we totally get that!

We won't be able to process any previously worn and washed tanks/tees or swimwear that's been worn in the water.

2. How do I exchange my goods?

Drop your exchange/return in any mailbox or post office and include a note with what you need and your order number. Returns should be shipped to:

1101 West 34th Street #445
Austin, Texas 78705

We'll exchange your item or get a refund out to you as soon as they arrive. Any questions, you can always shoot a note to info@sonniesoutside.com.

3. Does Sonnies ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship within the US as we focus on building Sonnies from our home court. We want to revisit international shipping down the road - we would love to help everyone #putonagoodtime soon!

4. How should I wash and care for Sonnies?

Your best bet is to keep things cool - wash on cold and hang dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer. This is good for the environment too, yo! Let’s take care of the place we like to ‘venture in.

5. How do I contact Sonnies Support?

We love to talk about our products! Shoot us an e-mail at info@sonniesoutside.com and let us help answer any product questions you may have. Or if you just want to talk about your latest hike, we love chatting about that too…

6. When will my order ship?

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 3:00 pm CST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on Monday.

7. Where do you make your gear?

Currently, we manufacture in the US and Canada. We love using local partners in our beloved home city, Austin, TX. If not possible, we’re sourcing partners that prioritize quality, compliance to worker's safety, fair wages and benefits, and dedication to minimizing environmental impacts. If you’re not taking care of our planet, we don’t trust you!
